1. Scope of services
Bucharest Airport Transfers provides pre-booked private passenger transport services from and to Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP) and other destinations within Romania.
2. Bookings & confirmation
Bookings become binding only after written confirmation is issued by Bucharest Airport Transfers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, flight and contact information.
3. Prices & payments
All prices are per vehicle unless stated otherwise and include standard luggage and applicable taxes. Payment methods are communicated at booking.
4. Changes & cancellations
Free cancellation may be available depending on the booking conditions. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
5. Liability & limitations
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight delays, or events beyond our control. Liability is limited to the price paid for the service.
6. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Romania unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply otherwise.
