How do I book a transfer?

Select your pickup and destination, then choose the date, time and number of passengers. Available vehicles and prices are shown before you continue.

Is my booking confirmed immediately?

Most bookings are confirmed quickly by email. For special routes or requests, the support team may contact you before final confirmation.

Is the price per passenger?

No. Prices are per vehicle unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. Online card payment is available for many bookings, and cash payment to the driver is also supported. The available options are shown during reservation.

How do I find my driver at OTP?

Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall at Henri Coanda Airport with a sign showing the passenger name. After meeting, the driver helps with luggage and guides you to the vehicle.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

When a flight number is provided, arrivals are monitored and the pickup time is adjusted at no extra cost.

Is there a surcharge for late-night arrivals?

No late-night surcharge is added for standard airport pickups. The confirmed booking price applies for arrivals day or night.

Are child seats available?

Yes. Child seats and boosters are available on request. Add each child's age during booking so the correct seat can be prepared.

Can I stop along the route?

Short stops may be possible when requested in advance. Add the stop during booking so timing and any extra cost can be confirmed.

Can I bring oversized luggage?

Yes, but please provide details in advance so a suitable vehicle can be assigned for large suitcases, sports equipment or mobility aids.

Can I change my booking?

Yes. Date, time, route and passenger changes are possible subject to vehicle availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation conditions depend on the route and booking terms. The applicable conditions are shown during booking and in your confirmation.
