1. Scope of services
Bucharest Airport Transfers provides pre-booked private passenger transport from and to Henri Coanda International Airport and other destinations.
2. Bookings and confirmation
Bookings become binding only after written confirmation. Customers must provide accurate pickup, flight and contact information.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are per vehicle unless stated otherwise and include standard luggage and applicable taxes. Payment methods are communicated at booking.
4. Changes and cancellations
Free cancellation may be available depending on booking conditions. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
5. Liability and limitations
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight changes or events beyond our control.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply otherwise.
